Kawasaki Versys 650 Starts Ignition

There you have it, this is a black 2011 Kawasaki Versys.
Can see in the video I started the bike and it sounds great with its in line 2 parallel engine.
The engine grunts and sounds really great and it rides even better on every kind of surface be in tarmac, country side gravel. I will certainly update more about this bike once I get the chance to get my hands on it.

Morib Trip at EveryTrail

This was a trip I made the other day down from Shah Alam to Morib. My rode my friend Boon down to the beach after work. The ride took 2 hours and we had lots of fun.

Genting Sex and Pawn Service

A visit to the Esso petrol station at Genting Highlands and this is what I see...

Pawn your jewelry, car, handphone, computer, swipe your credit card. And sexual service all from one phone number. This is what I call one stop vice service for all your needs.

Best Road Sign Ever

Riding Around with My Naza Cruise / Hyosung GV 250

Ever since I have gotten the bike I have been riding around town.

Something that I normally wouldn't do, due to reasons. One, my V6 engine is not the best fuel economic out there, I get around 8 km/l on my car, compare the the bike's around 25 km/l.

Riding is fun. I get to ride around bends, and for those who doesn't bike, riders LOVE bends, winding roads and so forth. Ever since I started riding, I have introduced myself a new way to exploring the city. So far in the past 2 months, I have rode to Carey Islands in Klang, Titi Kong at Semenyih, Ipoh, Morib, Kuala Selangor and Genting with the last 2 destination riding solo.

And yes, the usual comment and the stare that I get from friends and relatives is with their eyes rolling and a surprised look on their face. Yes it is true that riding is dangerous, it is high risk and we riders do know the risks involve. We do wear our helmet, jacket, gloves and other necessary gears to ensure, well...we're "safer". And I'd like to mention, a good insurance policy with good PA coverage should calm your wife at home, at some length at least.

Here are some photos of some of my trips.

This are the picture I took on the morning the gang and I rode to Titi back in early Jan 2012.

Taking a break at Kuala Klawang - Titi.

This was my trip from PJ to Genting Highlands via Batang Kali.

View near Genting Highlands.

This is the temple near the top of the Genting Hill. Casino operator is smart to let people say a few prayers to calm their nerves down before cashing in?

The view from Genting.

Took this picture as I was leaving Genting Highlands.

This is the picture I took when I rode to Morib on a working day. I hit the road once I left office and it took me around an hour to arrive the Morib beach from Subang Jaya. Breath taking view.

My Ride 2010 Hyosung GV250 a.k.a Naza Cruise

I just made my life a little bit more adventurous by getting myself a... wait for it.... yes you guessed it, it's a bike.

Here is the picture of it when i just got it back in December 2011.

The only problem I have with this bike is that I had to keep explaining to people that it is not a Harley, it is a Hyosung bike, then they would say "a what?" then I would say its a Naza bike, again they would say "a what?"

This is how I look like what I am on the bike with my gears on.

I did not really like the visor and the side luggage as I use the bike to commute through the busy peak hour traffic in KL and PJ.

Here is the bike when I took it for a ride to Ipoh.

And here is a picture of the bike without the big visor and luggage. Just the way I like it. Naked and chopped down, street fighter style.

I currently have around 7,400 KMs on it and I just sent it for service by changing the oil filter and filled it up with one and a half liter of Bell Ray lubricants. Will update once I clocked more mileage, and more importantly, have more fun with it!

Do you like fireworks?

Fishing at Shah Alam Botanical Garden Lake Feb 2012

It is the end of the holiday season where as all money is spent, new year cookies were eaten, ang pows were dispersed and weight was gained. So, my good friend Kin Loon and I decided to make a trip down to our city fishing spot at Shah Alam. It has been a while, probably a year or two ever since we fished there together.

This is the link on google map to the spot. It is a park with many names, it used to be called Taman Bukit Cahaya, or Bukit Cerakah, but the brown road signs that leads to this place in Shah Alam refer to it as Taman Pertanian Malaysia or Shah Alam Botanical Gardens.

Once you are there at the guard house, just register with the ranger post and tell them you would like to visit the fly fishing pond. Ask for direction from the rangers if you need to, otherwise you would get lost in this park as it is a big park.

Below are the 2 videos where my friends Kin Loon and Calvin caught a Pacu and also a Cat Fish.
